Applied ICT was formed by Dominic Griffith, Andrew Wilson & John
Ramsey to form an enterprise capable of support our respective
customers who where out growing our individual efforts.
Our short term goals are to increase the automation of our
systems, reducing overheads to allow us to focus on customer support
and development, and to coordinate our efforts. This will
allows us to grow the business and bring more more engineers on
board as we grow.
We are implementing a remote user helpdesk feature. It will
provide the end user with facilities to log calls, track calls,
review and report on work completed and in progress. It will
be further refined to provide users with a knowledge database which
can be specific for them.
We are also currently trialling a network monitoring solution in
selected customer sites. This will monitor all hardware and
operating system on our customer sites alerting both ourselves
and our customers as to potential failure before it becomes critical
and allow us to initiate corrective action before the problem
becomes critical. This benefits the customer in that downtime
will be reduced, updates, upgrades and installs can be planned and
delivered in a manner which reduces inconvenience to the customer.
Combining the remote helpdesk and monitoring solution will enable
us to provide a high quality service to our customers.
We have also expanded or portfolio of products to include hotel
broadband and home automation solutions
